How It Works:

• 1. Logon
• 2. Register a username and password
• 3. Enter information about your property or properties – no need to have an MLS#
• 4. Upload picture(s)
• 5. Every 90 days the property will come up for renewal – every 30 days an email will be sent reminding you when your listing expires.  2 weeks prior, an email will be sent to you asking if you’d like the property to continue being listed. If property is not updated, it will “roll-off” the site.
• 6. At anytime, you can log on to the site and manage your property/properties (i.e. change price, remove if sold, add pictures, etc.)

*Each property will be reviewed before posting to site – this process may take up to 5 working days. Only commercial properties will be listed.
