Available in assisting businesses and industry locating to Duncan, as well as the expansion of existing business and industry in the Duncan area. The Foundation can use these funds for cash incentives for quality jobs created, land, buildings, working capital, or to provide low-interest loans that can be forgiven when companies meet specified objectives.

Provides low-interest loans that can be used for business expansion or start-ups. The Foundation has made 17 revolving loans to local companies since 1996.
